Your donation will allow us to:
- Prepare nutritionally complete snacks, which include foods like fresh fruit, vegetables, cheese, whole wheat crackers, granola bars, and hummus
- Stock the food pantry with semi- and non-perishable breakfast, lunch, and dinner items, including oatmeal, granola, tuna, rice, trail mix, peanut butter, and pasta
- Provide nutrition education sessions, touching on subjects like creating a complete meal, what to eat before and after a work out, and the importance of breakfast
